David Kellen Principal
Operating in a strategic alliance with TLP, David Kellen brings over 30 years of experience in the solving of complex multi-housing programs, interiors, and public buildings. Mr. Kellen is a graduate of UCLA with further studies at UCLA. Mr. Kellen worked for a time in the office of Frank O. Gehry, but please don't hold that against him. Specializing cutting edge restuanrants and theme park creations. When not at his board, David can be found "hanging ten" on his long board, or on his skis.
Robert
Glennie Project Manager
Mr. Glennie is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. Having spent
the last 10 years working for a number of Southern California firms,
Robert brings with him a diverse level of combined skills as well as
an acute technical appreciation for current technologies to suit the
needs of any new project. Robert’s past experience also includes
landmarks such as the Chapman Law School, in Orange and the Hollywood/Highland
subway canopy.
Gimmy Tranquillo Project Manager
A graduate of the prestigious University of Florence, Italy, Mr. Gimmy Tranquillo incorporates much of his unique and extensive European background to his current and past projects in Southern California. His residential designs have been published and his numerous involvements in commercial development in the City of Santa Monica have earned him much recognition and respect among his peers in the architectural field. Gimmy's designs reveal a perfect harmony of merging tradition contemporaneously with the new demands of the modern time.
Christopher
Wilkinson Job Captain
Mr.
Wilkinson received a Master in Architecture from Syracuse University,
and works a Job Captain for the firm. His professional experiences include
working in both design and documentation for commercial, retail and
housing projects on the West Coast. His professional work has been enriched
by experiences living in Boston, New York and Europe. Collectively,
these provide the basis for a creative, knowledgeable resource for supporting
the needs of the client and the collaborative process of designing architecture
at the Landau Partnership, Inc.
Sabatino Stefanile Office Manager
Mr. Stefanile received his B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his M.F.A. in Film/Video from Columbia College Chicago, and works as the Office Manager for the firm. Sabatino's experience includes freelance design, marketing and documentary filmmaking.

Ma Project Designer
Mr. Ma has extensive experience in the design and management of numerous
project types including residential, office, retail and renovation projects
in both urban and rural settings. Mr. Ma’s unique experiences
and design philosophy bring an exciting and thought provoking quality
to each of his projects while maintaining a level of efficiency required
by a quickly moving profession.
