Aspen Creek Mammoth Lakes, California Project Size: 180 Dwelling Units Aspen Creek is a $19 million, 18-unit condominium development, built on 20 acres adjacent to the ski slopes of Mammoth Mountain. This is the first phase of a 100-acre mixed-use resort. A system of flats and town houses built above and beside communal garages was developed to create buildings that could flow with the sloping site. The buildings were developed as large, distinct lodges, some of which were linked by bridges on recreation areas.
