One Westwood is a 17-story tower with over 200,000 sf of gross builidng area. This carefully designed structure represents one of the last buildings to be constructed in Westwood on Wilshire Boulevard, east of the San Diego Freeway. The contemporary colors of the building - polished carmine red granite complemented by green glass - create an exciting, sophisticated presence that is augmented by the unique faceted top, and will long be remembered by the millions of people who pass within view of the tower daily.
