Central Park at Toluca Lake is a 14-story building having an aggregate area of 260,000,000 sf. The design palette consists of warm mitered glazing and two lines of carefully detailed banded brick. There are two V-shaped reveals per building site, providing up to 16 corner offices per floor. The highly articulated façade is designed to attract television and film industry tenants to this key media region of Southern California. The building takes up only 28 percent of the site, with 72 percent serving as a park. Parking is below grade on four subterranean levels.
