Trillium is a synergistic project combining two 17-story office towers, a 14-story hotel, a retail galleria, a full- service health spa/tennis club with12 championship size courts above a six-level parking structure, and a 2000- seat tennis stadium. The arcades, garden walls, trellises,
peristyles and colonnades are all emphasized to relate the project to the human experience. View maximization, energy mitigation and a relaxed southwestern environ- mental vocabulary were the major criteria for this eight- acre site. This mixed-use project is aimed at serving occupants and visitors 24 hours a day.
