Second Street Plaza Santa Monica, California Project Size: 85,000 sf , office/retail Second Street Plaza is a six-story, Type I steel frame office building above a four-level subterranean garage in the downtown area of Santa Monica. The building is clad in light gray granite and features terraces on every floor with view of Palisades Park and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Rubin Postaer and Associates, a nationally acclaimed advertisting agency, occupies five floors in the building. The interior design and space planning was also done by the Landau Partnership,Inc. |
