The Holly Street Village is a mixed-use project on five acres in the Civic Center area of Pasadena. The project consists of 350 apartments and 10,000 sf of retail space over a two-level subterranean garage and an existing rail line, which includes a future light rail station. It is designed to complement the existing architecture of the area and planned to provide a link across the railroad line to Memorial Park from the Civic Center. Buildings are designed to create a European ambiance architecturally by the nature of their placement around distinct courtyards.
