Project Size: 250,000 sf, office renovation

The Skunkworks Studio is the first phase of a 15-acre "Entertainment Campus." The main building is a major renovation of a 200,000 square feet building originally built to house aerospace and defense engineers. The new exterior skin of the building features large glass areas using an industrially scaled curtain wall. The green tinted insulated glass compliments the silver metallic panels of the building. Large colorful decorative exterior light fixtures add a whimsical touch to the building. A new two-story commissary and activity center plus a separate screening facility complete the first phase of the project.The maverick design approach prevailing at Skunkworks extends to the interiors/executive suites.
