Studios North-Phase II Burbank, California Project Size: 225,000 sf office This five-story building is Phase II of the 16 acre Media Studios North campus located near the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena airport. A two-level subterranean parking garage provides space for 620 cars. The building features a highly detailed curtain wall and plaster exterior skin. Aluminum panels are incorporated to provide accent and relate the building to the first phase studio. The lushly landscaped Plaza will feature seating areas, a sand volleyball court, putting green and a freestanding commissary with patio dining. |
