Overlooking the par - 3 third hole of the Valencia Country Club golf course, this 4-story renovated building was re-clad in whimsical zinc metal shingles and a glass curtain wall. All floors are different in configuration. There is a series of sequential spaces beginning with the entry, lobby, and ending with a social terrace opening up to sensational views of the surrounding links. This is the first phase of a 600,000 square foot low-rise campus master plan.
