Headquarters Burbank, California Project Size: 240,000 sf office Phase I 600,000 sf Masterplan Construction Cost: $18,000,000 The first phase of a 600,000 sf office campus masterplan, located on 18 acres in the north media district. This project was designed and built to be home of Allianz Insurance North American Headquarters. The innovative, highly detailed design features dimensional stone, aluminum, and glass exterior walls. The lushly landscaped grounds feature two gardens, one tranquil and the second, active. |
