Clocktower Building Santa Monica, California Originally built in 1924, this 12 Art Deco tower has been restored to its original condition. New systems have been developed including (skin, elevators, HVAC, energy, telecommunications and security). Each of the 11 full floor tenant designs and build out were designed at The Landau Partnership, Inc. This high-rise structure's state-of-the-art status is an irreplaceable asset in the downtown core of Santa Monica . |
